1. Subscription Services
Cash Engine provides digital SaaS subscriptions and digital products.
Because users receive immediate access to digital services and resources, subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
2. Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered, users are responsible for canceling before the billing date if they do not wish to continue.
3. Exceptional Refund Requests
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:
Duplicate payments
Technical issues preventing access
Billing errors
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous charges.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of the platform.
